“Alma Kristina O. Alloba. She is rumored to be the mistress of Luis Lokin Jr. She claimed to be the assistant corporate secretary of POTC and Philcomsat and a director and assistant corporate secretary of Philcomsat Holdings Corporation. She filed petition for TRO on behalf of Manuel H. Nieto Jr., which Nieto denied to have authorized and subsequently ordered to be withdrawn because his signature was falsified. Despite the withdrawal, despite the denial of Nieto that he authorized the filing of that case before the Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals granted Alloba’s petition for TRO and injunction.”
