“Next is Mr. Julio Jalandoni, appointed as nominee to Philcomsat Holdings. He worked his way into PHC, and remains and entrenched there with Locsin and Andal. He received P1.6 million in compensation, fees, reimbursement, and cash advances.

In 2006, Philcomsat Holdings disbursed P1.2 million allegedly as advances to Telecommunications Center, Incorporated (TCI), and a supposed subsidiary of Philcomsat Holdings; 100% owned subsidiary of Philcomsat Holdings. The check ended in a corporation known as Calistoga Corporation of 13 Apostol Street, San Lorenzo Village, Makati, where Julio Jalandoni was the owner of 47.1%, and a certain Sylvia Jalandoni owns the rest of the shares of stock of this corporation known as Calistoga Corporation. Telecommunications Center, Incorporated never received the money, the P1.2 million that was drawn from Philcomsat Holdings.”
