“Now, Pitero Reig. He belongs to the Locsin group, lawyer and outsource lawyer of this Luis Lokin. He filed a complaint for Concepcion Poblador with the Sandiganbayan and successfully procured a TRO against the PCGG and Undersecretary Enrique Perez, directing these two, the PCGG and Usec. Perez, not to recognize the new President Gloria Mcacapagal-Arroyo’s appointees in the POTC and Philcomsat despite the letters written by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to replace the Locsin group. He unsuccessfully tried to block the group, and for this his law office received a P5 million in legal fees.”
